Return Policy for Digital Products

Since our products are digital, returns are generally not accepted. However, in exceptional cases where the product is found to be defective or inaccessible, customers must contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase for support. After this period, no return or refund requests will be entertained.

Refund Policy for Digital Products

Once the digital product has been successfully delivered (download link or access granted), no refunds will be issued unless the product is defective or cannot be accessed due to technical errors. If eligible for a refund, Optimum Shields IT Solutions LLP will process the refund to the original payment source or the method chosen by the customer.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Service Providers

For services rendered by Optimum Shields IT Solutions LLP, NO REFUNDS and NO CANCELLATIONS will be accepted after payment has been made, as the service has already been scheduled and/or delivered.

Cancellation Policy for Digital Products

Orders for digital products can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been delivered or accessed. Once the product has been delivered or accessed, cancellations will not be accepted.

Shipping & Delivery Policies

As Optimum Shields IT Solutions LLP sells digital products, no physical shipping is required. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the digital product via email or a download link within 24 hours. Delivery may take up to 48 hours in cases of delayed system processing.
