Return Policy for Digital Products
Since our products are digital, returns are generally not accepted. However, in exceptional cases where the product is defective or inaccessible, customers must contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase for support. After this period, no return or refund requests will be entertained.
Refund Policy for Digital Products
Once the digital product has been successfully delivered (via download link or access granted), no refunds will be issued unless the product is defective or cannot be accessed due to technical errors. If eligible for a refund, Optimum Shields IT Solutions LLP will process it to the original payment source or the method chosen by the customer.
Refund and Cancellation Policy for Service Providers
For services rendered by Optimum Shields IT Solutions LLP:
- NO REFUNDS and NO CANCELLATIONS will be accepted once payment has been made, as the service is either scheduled or already delivered.
Cancellation Policy for Digital Products
Orders for digital products can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not been delivered or accessed. Once delivered or accessed, cancellations will not be accepted.
Shipping & Delivery Policies
Optimum Shields IT Solutions LLP specializes in digital products; hence, no physical shipping is required. Upon successful payment, customers will receive access to the product via email or download link within 24 hours. In rare cases, system delays may extend delivery to 48 hours.
